Indian Bank, a PSU bank owned by Govt. of India has issued notification for the recruitment of Specialist Officers such as Chief Manager, Chief Dealer, Engineer, Wealth Manager, Chartered Accountant, Derivative Dealer (Forex etc). There are 86 vacancies in total. Main qualifications required are B.E / B.Tech, Post Graduation, Graduation, CA. Selected candidates will have to work in Chennai. They will be paid a salary of Rs. 25700- 36200. Age should be between 35-40 Years. Last date for online registration is 18th April 2012. Following are other job specific details:
1. Chief Manager: 1 post. Applicants should have B.E. / B.Tech. or above qualification in Electronics and Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology with at least 50 percent marks. Candidates with additional Certifications like CISA/ CISSP/ ISO 27001/ CISM/ CCNP/ CCNA/ OCA/ OCP/ IBM Certified System Administrator for AIX/ IBM certified Tivoli Administrator / MCSE/MCSA are preferable.
2. Chief Dealer: 1 post; Applicants should be Post Graduates with minimum 5 years relevant experience.
3. Chartered Accountant: 1 post; Candidates should be Chartered Accountant with course in IFRS conducted by ICAI. At least one year experience in industry / practicing as a Chartered Accountant is required.
4. Forex / Domestic / Derivative Dealers: 4 posts; Qualification: Candidates should be Graduates with minimum 3 years experience in Dealing room Forex operations / Derivatives Desk with a Bank in India. They should be presently working in Scale I/ II.
5. Chatered Accountant - III: 12 posts. Qualification: Candidates should be Chartered Accountant with course in IFRS conducted by ICAI.
