National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal has issued notification for admission to Ph.D. Programs for academic session 2012 - 2013. Eligibility : Applicants should have B.Tech. with M.Tech. / M.E. / M.S. / MCA with M.Tech. / B.Sc. with M.Sc. / M.Phil. / M.A. (English) in relevant disciplines with minimum 60 percent marks in aggregate. Candidates must have qualified in GATE / NET / CAT / GMAT exam.
The Ph.D. Programs are offered by the Department of Electrical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering , Electronics and Communications Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, English and School of Management on Full - time and Part - time basis.
The prescribed application forms can be downloaded from website : www.nitw.ac.in. Downloaded completed application form along with self attested copies of certificates for proof of age and qualification and relevant testimonials should be sent to Deputy Registrar, Academic Section, National Institute of Technology, Warangal - 506 021 along with fee DD for Rs. 600 drawn in favour of The Director, National Institute of Technology, Warangal and payable at SBH, NIT Warangal branch or SBI, Battala Bazar. Last date for the receipt of filled in application form is 21st November, 2012.
