'Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who fulfill the following criteria shall be eligible to appear for the Entrance Test, namely: i) Applicants must meet all the requirements stipulated by MCI/DCI from time to time ii) They should have successfully passed their MBBS/BDS from an Institution recognized by MCI/DC iii) They must have completed or be completing their internship by 30th April 2015 at the latest iv) The minimum percentage of marks in the NUPGET-2015 shall be 50% for General Merit candidates and 40% for the candidates belonging to SC/ST (All India) v) They should have obtained permanent registration with the MCI/DCI or any of the State Medical/Dental Council as well as that of Karnataka State
Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Nitte University Post Graduate Entrance Test (NUPGET-2015) conducted by the university Entrance Test Fee The candidates are required to pay the entrance test fee of Rs.3000/- through A/c payee demand draft in favour of NITTE University payable at Mangalore Test Centres: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Ernakulam, Mangalore
Application Form Download application form for applying from website www.nitte.edu.in Eligible candidates desiring to appear for the Entrance Test may submit the application online, available on our website www.nitte.edu.in as per the procedure stated in the Brochure and by sending Rs.3000/- by way of Demand Draft favouring “Nitte University” payable at Mangalore The filled application with all relevant documents should be sent to the Registrar, Nitte University, Deralakatte, Mangalore (DK)-575018 by Speed Post so as to reach before the last date or may be handed over in person at the university office on any working day before the last date Candidates should super scribe the sealed envelope carrying application form application for NUPGET-2015 Application is liable for rejection if i) If it is not online, ii) Incomplete and incorrect iii) Received after the last date iv) Not signed by the candidate himself/herself on the print copy of application submitted online v) Photograph is not of recent origin vi) Demand Draft of Rs.3000/- is not sent Test admission ticket (TAT) for the entrance test will be sent by post to the postal address furnished by the candidate in the TAT Last date for receipt of Application by the University is 17th January 2015 Conduct of Entrance Test (MD/MS & MDS): Date of Entrance Test: 02nd February 2015 (10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m.) For more details and information on application procedure, please visit website www.nitte.edu.in
